Please find below some common frequently asked questions (FAQs) that come into the G-Mynx inbox along with our answers. If you have a query then please contact us and we will do our best to help.


I can’t find my country in the shipping list, how do I proceed?
We currently only ship to the UK however we will be adding new shipping regions very soon. If you destination zone isn’t yet available, please contact us.

I have placed an order and not received any confirmation email. 
This little email has a tendency of playing hide and seek. Please check your spam / junk folder and you should find it hiding there. Please also add our email address wecare@g-mynx.com to your address book /  contact list. If you still are unable to find it then please contact us with the name that your order was placed under and the email address used and we will help you out.


I have placed an order but I can’t find it in my account?
If you have placed an order and then created your account afterwards, you cannot connect it to any previous orders. However, all orders made whilst logged in to your account will be shown and you’ll receive automated responses at each step of the process.

Has my order been shipped out already?
You will receive a shipping confirmation from us when your order as actually been despatched from our warehouse, please check your spam / junk folder for it. If you still can’t find it, please contact us with your order number and the email address you used when placing the order.

strong>I may have entered an incorrect email address when placing my order.
Please contact us with your full name and full postal address along with your correct email and we will check and update our records and re-send any missing emails.

I need to reset my password for my account.
Please go to the account login page, click on the “forgot your password?” link and enter your email in the next step. You will now be emailed a link to reset your password. You may need to check your spam / junk folder for the email. 


How do I wash my G-Mynx apparel?
Where applicable all G-Mynx clothing has washing and care instructions on the item label. You can also find this information on the product listing on our online shop.


How do I return an item to you?

Have you received my return yet?
Returns sent to us can take up to 10 business days to reach us and be processed. We will send you an email once we have received your return.

I can see that my return has been delivered, when will it be processed?
If the tracking status of your return states ‘delivered’, please keep in mind that it has only may only have been delivered to a postal office. We will then have it delivered to our warehouse soon afterwards. All returns will be processed in sequential order and you will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Can I return different orders in the same package?
Absolutely! Just make sure to fill out the order numbers and information for both your orders so we can easily process your return once we receive it.

Do you offer free returns?
We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you are returning a faulty product.

I wish to return items for a refund, how do I proceed?

I would like to exchange sale items for an item in a higher price range.
If you wish to exchange sale items (or indeed any item) for a more expensive one, please return your original order following the instructions here, and then place a brand new order for the more expensive items. We will refund your original purchase one we receive your original order back at our warehouse. 

Please note all items that are returned for refund must be completely unused and in a 100% saleable condition in their original packaging with all tags attached.


How long does it take for me to receive my order?
For UK orders, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from despatch. You will be sent an email confirming when you order has been shipped.

My tracking status shows no updates for a while now, why is that?
We will send you an email confirming when we ship an item to you along with a tracking number (if applicable). Unfortunately not all countries have got postal couriers that can track international registered mail. So there may be a limited number of updates from the day that your package was sent abroad.

I have not received my order and it’s been 14 business days since it was shipped. Where is it?
Well that’s no good! We apologise for the delay – if you have you not received your parcel within 14 business days and your tracking status does not show any updates, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it immediately for you.


I'm not sure what size I should order?
Please read our detailed size guide for more information including measurements for our Signature Collection as well as other ranges plus recommendations on how best to measure yourself.

Obviously everyone is an individual so you can always contact us for further advice plus you can always return unworn items for a refund.


Are the images displayed on your website accurate for colour?
Sorry we cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on the online store reflect the actual product colours. We strive to upload highly accurate product photography that has been colour balance to the original items, however the display shown to you will vary from device as each screen is different – so colours may not be displayed accurately by your device.

We think the colours of our product are really cool however we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so you can always return unworn items for a refund.
